CarryLink - Account Deletion

You can request the deletion of your CarryLink account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request account deletion

1. Send an email to support@carrylink.me.
2. Use the subject: Account Deletion Request.
3. Include the email address registered to your CarryLink account.

CarryLink may request additional information to verify account ownership before processing your request. Do not send passwords or identity documents by email.

What happens to your data?

Once your request has been verified, CarryLink will process the deletion of your account and associated personal data. Certain transaction, payment, delivery, dispute, or security records may be retained where required by applicable law or necessary for legitimate legal obligations. Such records will be retained only for the applicable retention period.
